In partnership with OpenWindMap, we offer comprehensive maintenance:

• Device Overhaul & Testing
• Firmware update
• Replacement of battery, bearings and other parts if necessary (excluding electronics).

If the device is not repairable (HS electronics), only 20 euros are charged, or other alternative solutions proposed.

Procedure (before ordering this item):

- Your PiouPiou tag is sent to us with the reminder of your beacon number and your full contact details (return address, email and contact phone).
- We will contact you again to confirm the proper maintenance of your device, you will then be able to validate the purchase of this item.
