The first FireBlade, the CBR900RR, was launched in 1992. Designed by Tadao Bada, it had the revolutionary concept of outperforming the Honda RVF750 on the track by being the lightest and most compact motorcycle in its class. With the development of the Fireblade, the "TOTAL CONTROL for the track" concept was further improved, particularly in the engine, suspension, electronic control, and other components.
