The Lockheed® P-38® F/G Lightning® is undoubtedly a fighter of the 2nd G.M. unique in its kind due to its very original design. It is also one of the most frequently requested topics in Tamiya at 1/48. This is now done, after intensive research on preserved aircraft and a rigorous and inventive design of the kit to easily obtain the most faithful and detailed reproduction of this legendary fighter.
