THE POWER OF PORTAL BRIDGES
Portal axles raise the vehicle at wheel level, providing impressive center clearance. To achieve the same clearance with straight axles, the tires would need to be more than an inch larger than those on the TRX-4 Pathfinder.

REMOTELY LOCKABLE DIFFERENTIALS
Traxxas allows you to lock and unlock the front and rear differentials directly from your radio. New sheathed micro-cables control differential operation for realistic handling without restricting suspension movement.

TWO-SPEED TRANSMISSION
When the terrain gets tough, engage low range on the TQi radio for exceptional 4WD torque. Shift into high range to speed up the trail. The TRX-4 Pathfinder adapts to all situations and all driving styles.

TQi RADIO SYSTEM WITH CRUISE CONTROL
The TQi radio is equipped with cruise control for long excursions. Set your speed from the transmitter, then use the multifunction knob for fine-tuning. A toggle switch on the handle allows you to select high or low gears depending on the terrain, while another switch engages or disengages the locking differentials on the fly.

DETAILED FRONT GRILLE AND BUMPERS
The TRX-4 Pathfinder features a replica black front grille with integrated headlights and a bumper for a rugged look. The detailed headlights and taillights are compatible with the optional Pro Scale lighting kit (sold separately) for even greater realism.

INTERNAL MUDGUARDS
Sturdy internal mudguards attach directly to the chassis and suspension mounts to give the TRX-4 a highly realistic appearance. Their authentic look adds satisfaction while helping to keep rocks, mud, and twigs off the chassis.

DUAL BATTERY COMPATIBILITY
The TRX-4's main battery compartment can accommodate standard-size LiPo batteries for extended runtime, or smaller 1/16-scale batteries for reduced weight. A hinged arm allows for quick and secure battery attachment, eliminating the risk of losing pins. A second compartment, located at the front, is designed to hold smaller 1/16-scale batteries, positioning the weight directly over the front axle to maximize traction when tackling obstacles.

WATERPROOF MICRO SERVOS WITH SHEATHED CABLES
The TRX-4 uses three fully waterproof micro servos to actuate the front and rear differentials, as well as the transmission's gear ratios. Micro-sheathed cables simplify setup by eliminating complicated connections, allowing for improved suspension articulation.

WATERPROOF ELECTRONICS

XL-5 HV DIFFERENTIAL

GTS ALUMINUM SHOCK ABSORBERS
The GTS oil-filled coil-spring shock absorbers offer exceptionally smooth suspension and outstanding damping performance. Their threaded aluminum bodies allow for easy ride height adjustment.
