Equipped with the same finish as the top-of-the-line Ranger XLT, the Ford F-150 High Trail is equipped right out of the box with the long-arm booster kit, which gives it a 25mm higher ground clearance compared to a TRX-4.

HIGH TRAIL EDITION
Large 2.2′ openwork Mag rims and Canyon Trail tires tame even the most technical trails to extend your adventures further than ever. The factory-installed ground clearance booster kit raises the ground clearance of the F-150 High Trail Edition by more than 25mm.

WHEELBASE EXTENDED BY 336 MM
The F-150's steel ladder chassis extends the wheelbase to 336mm to perfectly reproduce the real proportions of the pickup. A longer wheelbase also translates into greater stability uphill and a smoother, more stable ride on rough terrain.

BODY INSTALLATION WITHOUT CLIPS
The body locking system is concealed to give the F-150 High Trail Edition clean, flowing lines for a whole new level of realism and convenience. On the track, the body of the F-150 is held firmly whatever the trail but is released in seconds to access the chassis.

FACTORY-INSTALLED GROUND CLEARANCE BOOSTER KIT
The TRX-4 Ford F-150 High Trail Edition is equipped with the lifting kit and oversized wheels. The ground clearance is raised by 25mm to allow you to cross the most demanding trails. The GTS shock absorbers have been lengthened to 110mm in length and thus offer smoother damping performance with better wheel articulation for increased off-road capabilities. Elongated steel rods and a new servo mount properly hold the TRX-4's suspension geometry in place.

REALISTIC DETAILS
The F-150 High Trail Edition makes a splash on the trails with its glossy chrome bumpers and side repeaters. A solid two-tube roll bar equipped with replica headlights gives the F-150 an assertive and threatening stance. A highly detailed two-tone grille combines with chrome wipers and door handles for maximum visual impact. Even the matte silver Mag wheels are faithful replicas in every detail.

BODY INSTALLATION WITHOUT CLIPS
The F-150's clipless mounts firmly hold the body on the runway, but release in seconds. An invisible quick release system secures the body without compromising its clean lines with studs and clips.

2.2-INCH OVER-CUT WHEELS AND TIRES
The aggressive Canyon Trail S1 compound tires feature wide studs for better grip with 2-level foam inserts for realistic performance in the field. The tires are mounted and pre-glued on large 2.2-inch Mag chrome rims perforated with detailed replicas of the locking hubs to conceal the wheel nuts.

The F-150 High Trail Edition comes standard with all the award-winning features of other TRX-4 models with the added benefit of higher ground clearance. THE POWER OF GANTRIES
The F-150's gantry axles work in tandem with the riser kit to lift the vehicle for huge central ground clearance. With more than 25mm of clearance under the center deck, the Ford F-150 climbs obstacles that would hook other trucks. The internal speed reduction of the gantry axles virtually eliminates torque torsion, keeping the TRX-4 straight and on track.

EXTENDED STEEL FRAME
The elongated steel ladder frame of the TRX-4 Ford F-150 High Trail Edition extends from bumper to bumper with molded crossmembers to create an extremely rigid spine. You will feel the added stability of its extended wheelbase on steep climbs or when navigating on technical terrain.

3S POWER SYSTEM

FACTORY-INSTALLED LONG-ARM LIFTING KIT
The Traxxas ground clearance booster kit includes GTS aluminium shock absorbers, rods, screeds, drive shafts and longer T-Lock cables, as well as a new servo mount. The booster kit works as a consistent system not only to elevate the vehicle, but also to keep the suspension geometry well adjusted.

CONVENIENCE WITHOUT CLIPS
The F-150's clipless body mounts are sturdy and integrate into the inner fenders to form a vice-shaped handle. When it's time to release the body, simply reach and pull the tabs under the mudguards. It's very easy.

SOLID CHASSIS RAILS
A 1.5mm thick steel ladder frame with molded crosspieces provides exceptional rigidity to withstand even the worst torsional joints of the chassis. This extremely rigid spine allows the suspension to do the job it was designed for. You will feel the difference on trails where the elimination of chassis bending allows precise wheel placement when navigating technical terrain.

RAISED CENTRAL DRIVE SHAFTS AND SUSPENSION RODS
The TRX-4's gantry axle design elevates the driveshafts to improve axle geometry and reduce driveshaft angles. Higher drive shafts and suspension rods allow you to pass over obstacles. This prevents high centering of your vehicle and reduces overall wear due to friction.

TWO-SPEED TRANSMISSION
Why carry your crawler on the track when you can drive it there? The TRX-4 features a high-speed gear to quickly tackle your next exploration challenge. When you get there, flip your transmitter's toggle switch to activate the lower speed range and conquer challenging terrain with exceptional torque.

INTERNAL MUDGUARDS AND MOLDED FLOORS
Strong internal mudguards install directly on the frame and shock mounts to give the F-150 High Trail Edition a substantial look and feel. Moulded floors integrate into the wheel arches to prevent stones, mud and twigs from entering the chassis.

110MM LONG GTS SHOCK ABSORBERS
The High Trail Edition's extra-long 110mm GTS coil spring shocks are filled with oil to best cushion the roughest trails. These silver anodized aluminum shock absorbers provide smooth damping and feature threaded bodies for easy ride height adjustment. In addition, they offer a most realistic appearance.

TORQUE TORSION ELIMINATED
On conventional platforms with limited speed reduction in the differentials, the engine torque is distributed to the frame to the point of twisting it when crossing on the rocks. The TRX-4's gantry axle design reduces the gear ratio at the wheels, virtually eliminating torque torsion through the chassis.

REMOTELY LOCKABLE T-LOCK DIFFERENTIALS
Traxxas gives you full control over front and rear differentials to meet your riding needs. Leave the differentials unlocked for a relaxed ride on the trails. When the track gets technical, lock the front and rear differentials, or just the front differential, for superior traction and grip on extreme terrain. Sheathed micro-cables control differential action for a realistic look, without limiting the huge articulation of the suspension.
