Crawler CRX18 Survival RTR 1/18 Hobbytech

The CRX 18 is a 1/18th scale reproduction of the CRX: the emblematic model of our brand. 

The mini is designed as a scale to 1/10th: metal beam chassis, central gearbox (positioned slightly on the front) with an engine in the low position and 2 bridges that are each connected to the chassis by 4 links. 

The steering servo microphone is a 3-wire model with a standard plug. To lower the center of gravity to the maximum, it is located on the front deck (AMS mounting). The engine is entrusted to a 55T micro coal engine. 

In terms of electronics, the CRX18 is equipped with an all-in-kind module (receiver – ESC) that has 9 sockets to connect a complete ignition system with turn signals and stop lights. Originally, the CRX is equipped with 2 LED headlights that can be controlled via the remote control. Finally, the battery is a 2S of 600 mAh that allows you to drive for several hours. 

Aesthetically, the CRX18 is a faithful reproduction of its big brother. The bridges have the same design as those that equip the CRX2. The body has the same grille and accessories (jerrican, snorkel, windshield wipers and mirrors). Finally, the tires are an exact reproduction of the Climber. Nice little detail: the steps are equipped with a slot in which the bottom of the body is housed so as not to damage it on obstacles.

Many options will be available to improve the performance or look of the CRX18: ball bearings, hydraulic shock absorbers ...

The CRX18 allows you to ride indoors or outdoors. Small spaces as well as larger ones suit him perfectly. Its crossing capabilities are impressive. On rocks: its lightness, balance and the efficiency of its tires allow it to overcome incredible obstacles. The radio allows you to set the end of the races (throttle and direction). The throttle adjustment makes it possible to refine its steering and adapt the speed of the CRX18 in relation to the terrain and obstacles.
