Size matters!
Larger than a micro-class aircraft, the sub-micro 120 S2 is ideal for outdoor flight in low winds, but is still small enough to be used in various indoor spaces. In addition, it is convenient to have more batteries on hand since the 120 S2 uses a low-cost Li-Po 1S battery.

SAFE technology
The Blade® 120 S2 is equipped with exclusive SAFE® (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope®) technology, a revolutionary electronic flight domain protection system that allows anyone to fly a helicopter with confidence by offering a hybrid flight mode and panic recovery mode that automatically returns the 120 S2 to a normal flight plate.

Robust
The lightweight cell is composed of robust polymers and carbon fiber components that give it mechanical precision and tolerance to absorb typical incidents.

Flybarless mechanics
The flybarless head design offers a higher level of mechanical efficiency as well as a lower number of parts, which simplifies the maintenance of the helicopter.

Spektrum Technology
The factory-installed 4-in-1 control unit includes a DSMX compatible receiver® Spektrum™ 2.4GHz, main and rear engine controllers, a blender and a flybarless controller. Pilots can also take advantage of voltage telemetry with compatible Spektrum transmitters. Count on the reliability of the industry-leading Spektrum technology to get the perfect precision control for any flight site environment.

Multifunction transmitter
The RTF version includes a 6-channel Blade transmitter that makes it easy to select safe flight modes and choose high or low double-rate sensitivity. A similar transmitter is required to complete the BNF version.

Flight time
The included charger works from any convenient USB power source. The 1S battery provided offers an average flight time of 5 minutes.
